IPSO is always keen to encourage new members
Active Membership of IPSO is available to any surgeon who can demonstrate a commitment and interest in Paediatric Surgical Oncology.
Members may be Paediatric Surgeons, or specialists in other surgical disciplines who have significant activity in the field of children's cancer.
Associate Membership is available to surgeons who are not specifically committed to paediatric oncology, but would like to take advantage of the benefits of the organisation, as well as paediatric surgical oncologists in training, and non-surgical specialists who have a role in the provision of surgical care to children with cancer.
Applications for membership should be sent to the secretary using the downloadable application form, and should be accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae.
Applicants will need to be sponsored by 2 current IPSO members. The secretary will be able to offer advice and support with regard to sponsorship, provided the applicant can demonstrate the necessary commitment to paediatric surgical oncology.
